The stuff you mentioned is the switch name of x company (creamy switch, mint switch), or switch brand (Alpaca)
The 3 basics are still the general stuff and nothing gon stray of it for modern keeb switches

There are more kinds of key switches including the infamous godforsaken butterfly Apple Magic Keyboard switch

Tbh, for raw simple blender rendering, rather to NOT raytrace at all and use other solutions which are faster and prettier, as there's so much noises in the end render image
