they also have the SR71 problem, if the radiator gets too cold the fins clip into the shroud on the radiator and clack away

I tried spacing them out with washers but it still does it

that's how I know when a fan dies, it's a lot quieter

also consider that increasing your flow rate more might actually hurt your cooling because you get cavitation from the backpressure on the cooling plates

you need to keep the flow as laminar as possible to minimize the losses from the super restrictive jet plates

especially on the CPU block, the GPU is huge so it's very low loss compared to the CPU

well, cavitation sounds like hissing or popping

listen closely at the CPU block to confirm

if you put too much pressure into the CPU block you'll hear it

more flow will get there for sure, it's kg/mm^2

if you're dealing with a very grainy looking picture and using an auto-ish mode like those, it's probably because the camera kicked the ISO very high

IIRC you have a nice camera, but 1600 is still high depending on the body

f5.8 would probably turn out a lot blurrier in low light than f2.0 since it has to hold open longer.

like yea that camera has an aps-c sensor, but your problem is probably more lighting and the lens

one of those pictures i looked at it pretty obviously said it was in 'exposure priority' mode or whatever so it was trying to keep the picture from getting blurry by bumping the ISO up

one catch with the adjustable depth lenses like that one is that as you go from 17mm to 55mm it kicks the aperture up, which means less light, which means you have to either kick the exposure time up, or the iso up

you'd probably be bottlenecked by the slowest ssd in raid 0

I doubt you'll notice much of a difference between two drives @ 10% and 90% capacity

don't bother with raid unless you know what you're getting into, it usually isn't worth it

And then lastly install the latest drive of the new GPU
