1: You want your PC's TDP to be about 80% (give or take) of the total wattage of your PSU. Most PSUs operate most efficiently at that level of power draw, and it leaves headroom for some upgrades and power spikes. So if you have a 600w build, aim for 650w/700w PSU, or 650w build aim for 700/750w PSU etc.
2: Almost all decent PSUs are modular these days and you'll have enough cables for everything, provided your PSU is rated for the wattage you're planning on using it for.
3: Generally the most respected/best PSU manufacturers are Corsair, EVGA and ASUS (and Silverstone for SFX PSUs) overall. Corsair and EVGA are the most popular though, and for good reason. Just uhh....avoid Gigabyte PSUs.
4: When powering your GPU, USE A SEPERATE CABLE FOR EACH PLUG.

So if you can find say a 750/850w Corsair, EVGA or ASUS PSU then that would be fine
And leave you head room for a more demanding GPU or CPU in the future

Basically every PSU is going to come with the same cables until you get to the really high-end PSUs or go for the low-end non-modular PSUs
The only difference will be length of the cables, material quality and sometimes you might get an extra cable or two
But yes that PSU has all everything you need for a PC unless you're planning on going absolutely ham on SATA or Molex or something.

the pump will be fine

what GN was saying, was that you don't want the pump to be the highest part of the system
eg don't put your radiator entirely below your pump
as long as part of your radiator is above that white line, you're fine
the reason for this, is the pump motor is cooled by liquid flowing past it, and I think also if there's lots of air bubbles the pump will have greater/less resistance repeatedly? Something like that. idk.
,more importantly, you want water flowing past your cpu waterblock lol
anyway, if you turn your radiator so that the tubes are coming out the top, it'll totally be fine with your build
if you were to put it on the top of the case, you'd want the fans to be on the bottom of the radiator anyway
i would be surprised if you didn't have enough clearance with your motherboard. I mean maybe that top vrm heatsink gets in the way?
