I had a zotac 1070ti amp extreme, it was a pretty good card. I couldn't explain why but the picture looked like someone kicked the 'sharpness' setting too high. Not sure what caused that
definitely worth a try though. That card gave me less trouble than any other GPU I've owned.

Only real differences are the cooler design and power delivery components. Might get a slight factory overclock on more expensive cards but you're getting 5-10% absolute maximum, which you could probably pump up yourself to the cheaper cards with ease

- get a 3070 (as I am running 650w and prefers to not upgrade power supply if possible since it’s still recent)

games have to support dlss3 and I doubt the majority of games out currently will support it. The "4070" has already been unveiled of sorts and is 50% more expensive than a 3070. How long a 3070 is going to last really depends on what resolution, frame rate and quality settings you're aiming for. It is already a 2 year old card after all

Personally I see Raytracing having the potential considering both consoles and GPUs are sort of pushing for games that uses Raytracing.
