Im trying to play this game on a laptop that's more than powerful enough to run it

gtx 1050 i7-7700HQ

but for some reason

my fps goes from 100 to 19 constantly

but there are of course smart people, and I have met a few people in college who had the kinda parents that came here and worked their ass off and got their kids tutors while working 3 jobs and shit

my best friend from college fell into that category his mom is mean af and acted like he was the black sheep and his sister was the hope of the family. He did great and makes great money as a programmer now. Paid for his own college too.
