Nothing dramatic, but a few things that should be addressed in the future:
Probably not implemented yet, but the female char has no "sound reactions" when finding parts, taking damage and so on (compared to the male counterpart).
When you use the suitcase to change appearance:
Females can't wear "apron" with the 2 basic shirts (classic / casual shirt). And apron isn't the correct word for it anyway (I don't know a good word for it).
The leg section is using wrong words too (i.e. "White socks" aren't white for example).
"Hipster" for a normal female haircut seems to be an odd wording too.

Female reactions unfortunately didn't make it into the update, we'll try to add them as soon as possible.
The apron is removed with a number of customization things specifically. They just don't fit together well.
Regarding the names, I'll pass it on to the game designers.
