HUD - Cinematic Mode

Adding a keybind or command to quickly enter cinematic mode be a big improvement.

I haven't bought the HUD script but given the "ToggleDisplay" export provided in the documentation, it should be really easy to make that keybind / command yourself.

Oh wait the “ToggleDisplay” only removes the hud, but cinematic mode adds black bars as well

Oh I see, yeah then that's a problem. From the looks of it the Get & Update Settings are only to actually pull the settings so I don't think those would help. Unless Update is to actually set the settings, it's a little unclear in the documentation to be fair.

Unless you just toggle the hud state like I said and then just draw in those black boxes yourself, it's not super complicated. If you have decent enough developers they will be able to do that easily.

You could just try to integrate a black bar script into the hud

Seems like a lot more work than just suggesting a good addition to the script 😛

If you have a blackbar script which you can find easily, Then you can just ingegrate the export og tooglehud into the blackbar command
