yup, they almost definitely do that. You will have to experiment with it yourself, by finding a decent model, downloading some lora, and then just copying people's prompt for their generation, then tweak it from there. If you find something you like, most of the quality tags can just stay, and you will just prompt for the subject/background.

Depends on what type of art you want, or rather, the aesthetic. Ilustrious delivers high quality anime, PONY is uh...PONY, i dont use it much. SDXL and SD1.5 are like general use base models, but the SD1.5 leans more into the naturally drawn or watercolor aesthetic. But ultimately it depends, cause theres base models then theres checkpoints that are trained base models aimed towards a certain aesthetic or concept
