there are 1001 free image generators out there, just google for "free stable diffusion" or the like. a rather solid option in my experience is mage.space, free tier has several nice options

and there's models on huggingface you can run for free, and civitai with their strange credits system, and a ton more

forge is very sdxl (i dont know why), for comfyui, even using searge's workflow the output is still uncomparable when you push both to limit (not to say the common issues of comfyui easily inter-corrupting by each steps)

if you just want oo pretty anime image then forge is good enough imo. but if you wanna go the next level i do recommend SwarmUI (comfy benefits but you dont have to use comfy and its super easy to install)
