It's found under the new "Never OOM Integrated" accordion. For low vram you may want to check both checkboxes but do some testing to see what works best on your system.

Just stick with BluePencil XL. No need to change at all.

Inpainting with a different model is just going to make the areas you inpainted obvious because they won't have the same style.

seeks target in about 10 degrees of where you're aiming, so it can hit ground or wall (or teammate), and after hitting a target iwll seek targets in a 30 degree cone behind your target -> making sure your teammate is not there, no issue
