You don't need to turn it on, you just need to find that dropdown menu in the settings, in the "VAE" section, and select the VAE, and save your settings

Then it will load the VAE automatically and use it :o

What happens is a hack to the prompt travelling setup. You select an audio file (mp3) and it will analyze it based on amplitude. Anything above the amplitude threshold will trigger a prompt travel
