Imo, when you have multiple ways with SD to get blurred results:

• LoRA weights too high
• VAE is blurring slightly
• Too high CFG with model
• Regular Karras slightly noising/blurring lines
  You can do a lot to increase fidelity.

OK so from what I read and someone translate again to GPT

SAG is a regularization technique that can be used to improve the performance and stability of diffusion models. It involves introducing an auxiliary task to the diffusion model that requires the model to attend to certain regions of the input image. By encouraging the model to focus on these regions, SAG helps to reduce overfitting and improve generalization performance.

SAG works by adding an additional loss term to the training objective of the diffusion model. It seems to help with overfitting issue and generalization.

Ashen also said it is adding blurs to undercooked areas to tell the model: cook it more.
