Probably because of your negative prompt IMO. NSFW is also mentioned in the description multiple times which is pretty likely to trip whatever word detection algorithms they're using.

They got some heat over CP recently from what I understand so I doubt they'll allow any model with the word Loli to show when safe mode is enabled.

Doesn't matter. For one, it makes it look like the model is prone to producing them if it's in the recommended negative, and there's no way they're manually reviewing every model. I'm sure these things are handled by an algorithm that just sees you typed NSFW and Loli multiple times in the description so it throws it in the NSFW pile.

To be clear, I'm not saying that I think your model is prone to producing lolis, but if I had no idea who you are that's the first thing it would make me think.

That's what I do. I would also extend the mask to about halfway to the elbow and enable the "Only Masked" option which will generate that part at higher resolution then scale it down and blend into the original image.

Duplicate image twice
ctrl-i one (invert colors), set blend mode to vivid light on it, go into filters and select blur, gaussian blur. Set it to around 3-5, click ok. Select that image + the other duplicated image and merge them. Take the merged image and change blend mode to overlay. Use opacity to control strength of the edge sharpening/refinement
