yep, and the model that fits the best your goal too. Lora will give you the main weights that changed in that model, all the other weights not in the lora are the ones in the base model. LoRA training will compare to its base model, so the resulting quality will be better staying with the same model for prompting

and so, if your denoising strength is 0, then basically no change to your previous generation
