I tried comfy for the first time today (I'm a forge user). I ran an image through the 2.2 wan 5B workflow. Downloaded the needed files and placed them in the right folder. I used an image that I generated on forge
The result was really bad so Im wondering if the screw up is from me?
Additionally, I tried the 14b image to video version and it goes to the K sampler and gets stuck at 53%. I'm using a RTX 4080

Hello, I have a question about animating with Stable Diffusion.
Currently, I've only made static images. I trained a Lora of my OC. I use a simple 3D model of my OC as a canny guide (basic shapes, so their proportions stay consistent).
So I was wondering, is there a good way to animate with this method?
If I animate the 3D model, I can generate an image from the 1st frame fine. But, what would the best way to animate the remaining frames be? Is there any way to keep the style/features fairly consistent?
I'd be drawing over the outputs anyway, so I can fix inconsistencies myself if needed, but if thereās a workflow that helps keep things stable, it would save me a bit of time.
Does anyone happen to have a setup suggestion? Thank you in advance.

Greetings! I'm wondering if any of the devs out there know if it's possible to be able to either multi-select and download or given access to your generated files through some other means. I do alot of multi-prompting and prompt refining .. generating 4 variations multiple times with very similar prompts. This causes a stacking effect and as a user it's easy to miss some of redownload the same file (also compounded by overwrite protection / auto indexing the filenames). Any information you have would be greatly appreciated. I love trying to get AudioSparkz 2 to generate the least through-composed things š

Hi everyone,
Hereās a video clip I directed about 2.5 years ago. The main character was created using image-to-image with a fine-tuned Stable Diffusion 1.5 model, no LoRA, no ControlNet, no ComfyUI at the time, just Automatic1111 running locally.
The backgrounds were made in 3D cel shading and tracked to the original camera movement.
But the intro and outro are fully 3D, with no AI involved. Also did all the music stuff and a friend of me is rapping.
Didn't released it before because of many people telling me Ai is the devil... I didn't want to make them feel bad.
Anyway Iām still pretty happy with the result , what do you think?
