So I am having issues with the Stable DIffusion WebUI.

For starters here are my specs:
Gpu: Nvidia RTX 3060
Cpu: Intel i7 (13th gen I believe)

And for some reason no matter the steps I have for an image to be generated, and no matter the size or sampling method, images are generated in less than five seconds, whereas with SDXL it takes about a minute.

My settings are in the picture and the images generated all have poor quality.

here's my advice: don't worry about organization

either use a premade workflow and tweak it a bit, or use it as a reference and start from scratch

and just fling shit everywhere until it's too messy to understand then delete shit you don't need or start over

agonizing over the organization is how you get stuck, or at least how i do
