I thought as much. OpenAI collaborated with SCALE AI on that, and boy are those guys pricey! We had business with them, and they usually only tackle expensive jobs (at least, that's what they told us in our very first meeting). Also, someone (on the OpenAI server, I think?) mentioned that OpenAI specifically asked for a diverse ser of highly skilled annotators. Like, not just any average human could have done the annotations job. It wasn't some run-of-the-mill Mechanical Turk job

I think it's fair to instantly suspend any repository regardless of popularity if it contains links pointing to malicious content

limit the exposure that's already been given to it, then give the owner the choice to remove it or be permanently suspended

I think many people did like me and looked at the page and just didn't see any nude underage girls, obviously the links had been removed by then but we didn't see that, so we assumed that it was the other content linked on that page.
