There should be an option to give some Blue-P to the truck driver. If You do he would show up at the body pile to weep over you (if you die) or be there at the end if you dont.

Could add a side quest where you actually meet the truck driver, you let him know that they have a shrine in dedication for him, he rides his truck back to the start after you finish the run, and he thanks you..
