How do i split this unloader into 2 exits? I'm transporting an unfinished & a finished product on the same train (layers 1 & 2) but need them on separate space conveyor lines.

Yeah, the alternative is to use separate wagons. Do note that platform connections will bottleneck a space belt; train unloaders can fill a space belt but a full array of belt catchers/launchers on a platform only handle 1/4 of a space belt's throughput.
this may or may not matter depending on how much production you have at the source
Another alternative is to put both of them on both lines, and only have catchers on the level you care about in each destination; the un-caught level will quickly fill up with shapes and then not accept any more.
