This was generated in the tutorial map, and remained in the world after converting the world to a regular game (so only one of them is present on the map).
It's kind of weird to have a shape near the vortex that isn't used by any task any time soon.

as far as I know this is only for the tutorial map

I think that if you get a high enough rank in classic it will start to use those new shapes, but it's supposed to be from tradestations.
