My game keeps freezing for half a second every 15~ seconds. Looking at task manager, my CPU spikes during these pauses and jumps from 18% to ~35%. The CPU is otherwise fine, low temp and usage while playing. I have no Idea why this is happening, and it doesn't happen in other games. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
My CPU is an Intel Core i5-13600K
By the way my factory is ~20k buildings

my gpu (rtx 3070 ti) is MAXED out at just medium settings!! before 1.0 i could run it on extreme
its not overheating but its clocked to max
