The ratios are good, the shapes are rotated before getting here but they're at full speed, i isolated those and got 100% but at this swapper platform is where one or two lanes cannot keep up

are the two outputs of the swapper platform combined at a later point, for example with stackers ?

then it's probably because there isn't exactly the same belt distances between the two swapper platforms, you can for example fix this by putting overflow splitters into trashes on those belts

Or use I on the second platform

Can you show us the stats of the swapper

I can only assume it’s because the right side is slightly longer than the left side due to the height differences

# urban ivy im not sure i understand..? and can you elaborate on the overflow splitter pls?

if the two sets of belts that link the two swapper platforms don't have the same length, then when one backs up it'll cause the swapper to back up and that will cause the other lane to back up, etc, putting overflow splitters on the two lanes with the overflow output into a trash will fix the issue, you can also alternatively redesign the platforms to have the swapper+rotators+swapper setup as one module that's repeated multiple times per belt

this is what I mean by the two lanes

okay, so where do i put the overflow exactly? before or after the rotators

junior thicket

either way should work

for that use case, it's after the outputs of cutters and swappers, the other machines don't need it as they don't have multiple outputs
