My system for Vortex Delivery. White trains jump directly into the Vortex. RGB trains will attempt to unload onto a spacebelt first, then jump in after. This allows the RGB trains to fill the vortex spiral for nice asthetics, without reducing throughput (If unloading platform is full, they will jump in with the shapes still loaded)
A video of my mock up of the design, so you can see the trains in action. Just imagine the trains jump into the vortex at the end of the line, instead of returning underneath

Its rude to assume that he made that on purpose, you could have said something like,"Hey, I know it probably wasnt intentional but your design kinda looks like a swastika just so you know"

On that note, its rude to tell someone that there is something wrong with them just because they have different thoughts then you, I think it looks like a cool design, but I also thought it looked like a swastika at first to but I figured it was not intentional so I dropped that thought right away, and I know he shouldnt have said it the way he did, but remember 2 wrongs dont make a right.
I am going to have to say thanks for the idea, I never thought of using trains to fill the regular belts on the main platform and then go into the vortex for cosmetic reason, I was wondering how I could still use my regular belts without actually relying on them

I also built a vortex design that flows counter-clockwise like this, following the direction that the vortex swirls. When I was done, I thought, "Huh, that looks kind of like a swastika." Bit unfortunate, but also natural to end up with. I didn't feel like redoing the whole thing at that point, so that's still the setup in my current game. 🤷

And what is wrong with the swastika shape anyhow it has been the ancient symbol for strength in many cultures all over the world. it's because one insane guy misused it, it is now a big NONO... anyway my best quad mam also looks like a swastika. it is just it's natural form.
