This makes no sense.
The storage has a throughput of 1800/m as does the paint launcher.
But the space pipe allows 10800x12 to pass through, so on the contrary it only slows down the loading
One platform only accepts 12 fluid launchers input but a space belt can accept up to 24(?) - so unles you’re fully utilizing your fluid space belt there is going to be some backup - and these tanks help to capture that.
The screenshot I have I am using this blueprint wrong. You only want these when unloading and you want to split the unloaded belt to 2/3 of these to act as a buffer
