Electricity floor

I remember in Shapez 1 there was a floor for everything electric, for both better visibility and allowing electricity to pass through objects like belts.
Is this system implemented in Shapez 2 ? if not will it be ?

iirc wires are planned to stay on the same floors as buildings and won't get their own floor

you can just decide to make the 3rd floor wires only for example on your own - but now you simply have more flexibility
