doesnt matter the direction. Even if its rotated, the Top should output to the top and the bottom should output to the bottom
a machine shouldn't behave differently if you rotate it
also if you really want
you can mirror the cutter and it will do what you want

you rotated, not mirrored
the west half is always the pushed one, but you can change what half is the "pushed output" by mirroring with "F"
