Is it possible to circumvent the 1024 MG VRAM requirement? I can't get Shapez 2 to recognize more than 495 MG VRAM. Would the best option be to get a better GPU, or can I 'fake' extra VRAM and try getting the game to run on that?

it's not possible to really "fake" extra VRAM, you'd actually have to change your RAM:VRAM ratio somehow. The process varies by computer and iGPU. Dedicated GPUs cannot perform this though.

You can also run the game with --ignore-hw-checks although obviously it's recommended to actually have 1024MB ram ..
