Hi.Is it possible that Avex doesn't work with the new rune mechanics?

I think they acknowledged in the the Envoy Hour? Someone else will have to fact check though.
and I think there might be another hot fix that fixes it?

they really should just have like a toggled rune mode as a separate button to use the charges imo
