In recent months I have been expressing how Runes could be expanded on, after the most recent update I feel like we are getting closer to making something like this really happen and work to fit.
This could give Envoys a reason to hold more than 1 copy of runes in the future to use for specific build types.
Please ignore the perks but merely just consider the concept in which I'm trying to roll with.
