Logged out of the game and all my Foes entries reset to incomplete. I really don't want to complete these again.

can confirm that this also happened to me, lost multiple entries completely

I lost parts of each entry, which meant that nothing was completed anymore after logging back in.

how do you even get a single entry in first place`? the quest 1 reward said simply Smiting them reveals them, but not getting anything doing so?
