Working through a Synod's Finest votive, and unable to get credit for clearing the camp. I suspect it was finishing the last mob (guard dog) with a Pull Smite. Screenshots of quest and location attached.

I have encountered similar issue and quite frequently. Upon picking Votives in a North East part of the map with objective to clear Sinecure Encampment - it usually marks me one enemy off, despite me clearing whole camp.
It usually happens when guard dog is in the pack. I do not know if the dog itself is issue or killing something with smite.
The most recent Votives affected for me:
- Unsettler (tier 1) - NE world tree
- Unsettler (tier 2) - NE world tree
- Vadagar Stag (tier 2) first stage - East world tree
