Changes

  • Mora’s Hand’s Inferno no longer deals self-damage after exploding near the Envoy.
  • Re-balanced the effectiveness of Bromius attacks in The Waste Bear Fable to better accommodate Envoy’s encountering him for the first time.
  • Casting attacks now deal only Magick damage (applies to Vadagar as well).
Reduced the damage dealt and range of the root attack.
Removed the damage-over-time effect from the root attack.

  • Only affects Bromius’ encounter during The Waste Bear Fable:
    Reduced Bromius’ physical damage.
    Reduced Bromius’ base Armour value.
  • Added a checkpoint after defeating Lady Deora but before fighting Garren Rood in The Torment Stag Fable.
  • The Vadagar Bear’s ‘rump-thump’ should land in front of the intended target more accurately.
  • Music from interactive activities is now tied to the Cinematics Volume audio slider rather than the Music Volume slider.

I must be honest - I don't think the 'recap of every single item you've picked up this session' needed to show up even more often...

It is nice to see that Envoys will better be able to handle Bromius' aura the first time they encounter him!

Are we going to see our arcs being refunded over this? X.X

It's a shame you weakened the bear—even though it took me about two hours to kill it, it was still fun

I played through this quest solo about five days ago; it was really tough, but for example, the health restoration flower saved me from getting killed—in fact, the healing was greater than the boss’s damage.

I hope that Mora's 3 can still trigger the weapon damage passive! It would be a big nerf if did.

This quest in particular struck me as being right in the Soulslike style

Guys, am I right in thinking that the Bromius quest is actually the last one in the game right now?

#

Yesterday I was looking for something to do in the game and realized that all that was left was farming resources

What quests come after that? I haven't played in a couple of days, of course, but I don't think I've seen anything since then—I'm just wandering around the locations and occasionally running into enemies who have keys, so I open the chests. Oh, and I cleared out the Organ, and among the enemies I saw a spider and some kind of necromancer made of mud.

There are few mini-quests found in settlements by reading letters 🙂

tender hedge
#

Ohh ok, thanks

#

Btw, can someone explain this to me? Maybe I missed something. There are gravestones scattered around the world with roots growing out of them—how do you interact with them? In the dungeons, I saw that they seem to act as portals between points A and B, but what about in the open world?

exotic iris
#

They are your respawn points. You activate them by just going close enough, cant interact with them in open world.

flat python
#

In dungeons those spawn points can be used to warp back to entrance if u prefer not exiting randomly in the far end and want to reenter the same dungeon

I also have another question. I happened to stumble upon that spider lair with a similar boss, but its health bar stayed gray no matter how much I hit it. My question is: when I fought similar humanoid enemies with gray health bars, they did die, but the spider boss’s health bar didn’t even decrease.

The same thing happens with enemies that look like a fusion of a fungus and a human—I don’t know how to explain it... However, they aren’t bosses; they’re just regular enemies.

That makes sense, and I definitely need to enable that setting. I had a hunch it was the armor, but since the enemies were still dying, I figured it couldn't be that effective.

Yes, they nerfed Bromius, the actual bear, when you fight him at the end of The Waste Bear. A lot of players were finding it to be a real struggle!

# bleak pollen You speaking to the ranking of the pact? Why then do the patch notes say Level u...

There was a bug where active summoned wolves would glow and play a level up sound when enemies died around them, as if they were gaining XP and leveling up directly from killing them.

While it's possible that internally they might be capable of gaining XP (given the nature of how this game relates to Warframe's engine), these "levels" weren't set up to make them stronger, so the devs removed the effect from them to avoid confusing the player.

The actual way the wolves get stronger is through the pact ranking up, and when that levels up, your player character is what does the glow and the sound.

Keep that active and your 'more damage on fire taken' is always active.

You don't have to take any damage.

Has the Coga bug where if you go into the dungeons it reset the level of mobs been fixed?
