Whenever my Bestone is interrupted by a heavy and/or charging attack, it doesn't trigger and then it won't recharge. The icon stays empty. I've been able to repeat it with different weapons equipped, so it doesn't seem related to my weapons. Going into/out of Nightfold doesn't fix it, but swapping to a different pact and right back to Oscelda does resolve the issue, though.
