Hello. I recently claimed a key via Twitch Drops. Upon my very first login, the game completely skipped the character creation/intro cutscene and dropped me directly into the open world. My Envoy has a randomized appearance. The map is completely covered in fog, the sparrow doesn't activate, and I have no active objectives. Replaying 'Warsongs' from the Codex plays the cutscene but returns me to the exact same broken open-world state without triggering the proper tutorial ('Rise, Envoy').
