I tested a bit around, noticed it in Saturday in my Twitch Stream and there is a heavy issue with the german localisation that blocks reforging the Avex Bow and Falx Longsword. When switching to english in the Launcher, reforging just workes fine and the name is displayed correctly as "Avex" and "Falx" in the list, on the left side by Tuvalkane. In the german version both are only displayed as underlined "_________" in the list and can not be reforged in any way, no matter what you are trying.
