Undercity platform on water can leave the player stuck if they step off

I activated this platform as usual and stepped off to loot around, thinking some animation would take time. But then I realized that the platform had left without me and I couldn't call it back nor do the second activation since I wasn't on the platform.
Workaround : Leaving the dungeon by the entrance allowed to reload the dungeon no problem.

I did try to figure out a way to either get over there somehow or hit the object I could see in the distance near the platform, but was unable to do either of those things
