I died when at the top of the organ event and was unable to fly my guide back to my body. I would get to the edge of the platform and keep bouncing off before running out of time.

I managed to bounce upward and get to my corpse before time ran out, but it does look like the sparrow has issues flying high enough for the upper platform of the Organ

Just had this happen as well. I did manage to get on top, but even when I was up there, the sparrow definitely wasn't behaving correctly, with the camera being a mess and movements being incredibly hard to control. Feels like the top of the organ is higher than the sparrow is intended to go and if you do get up, the game gets freaked out and treats it as being out of bounds or something like that.
