#Change to Sparrow Tale / Agari Downing

There are a couple QOL changes that should be considered around the completion of sparrow tales and the downing of Agari. In both cases the issue around the forced animation and summary. This happens regardless of what else is going on around so if there's enemies they can and will attack before you have control again and if you're trying to use the rest of your rune timer you can't. Additionally, depending on the sequence of events you can easily miss items. For instance downing an Agari and getting the summary information after picking up the mushroom. Often you won't get the prompt for the rune and not realize you looted anything till later.

**I propose the following changes: **

  1. Institute the same boolean check used to see if we can enter nightfall. If you can't enter nightfall then control should not be removed from the player.

  2. Make the animation dismissable. We've seen a location, downed the agari before, know we completed a tale. Being forced into watching the same animation breaks the immersion.

  3. In our journal provide two new tabs. One for last tale completed that will show the steps we did and finally the loot and and reputation earned. This should remain until logging or until the next tale is completed when it's updated.

  4. Last boss / agari / whatever felled. Give us a nice picture of them in an artistic rendering with the damage done, time to defeat, any reputation and loot earned. I know this is an immersive game but we're still gamers and stats matter.

Ultimately, I for one and probably many other envoys are tired of guessing what we did. It's annoying to not know if you succeeded until you go rifling through inventory or visit the blacksmith to see if you can craft a part yet. Please quit hiding our accomplishments from us.
