So I have a friend who I tried to get into playing this game, but something had really bothered them to the point of straight up not wanting to play, and it was being able to restart their character progression entirely.
They started the game a very long while back, and they hadn't played for a long time since, and now that they came back, they've been wanting to restart everything from the ground up, but they can't just delete their character. It made them really frustrated to the point that they just don't really want to play it now.
I know there is a roundabout way to contact support to delete your account, but I'm wondering if there will/should be an option to just delete your character and start entirely from scratch. Maybe having that ability will encourage people who haven't been back for a while to be able to start from scratch?
