Right now having 2 wolves feels underwhelming especially with an inconsistency I've personally ran into of drawing aggro from enemies, not to mention (if we're to take real life as an inspiration) 2 wolves pack is unlikely and is quite weak, as on average a pack size is 6 to 7 animals.
Suggestion 1:
Give us atleast 4 wolves, they can deal less damage, but are very effective at crowd control and opening up enemies to finishers.

Suggestion 2:
Bring back the bug where you could summon extra wolves as Werewalker as a feature, only this time reduce the duration of the wolves summoned as Werewalker.

Suggestion 3:
Different wolf summons: holding 2 allows us to switch between and summon specific types of wolves.
Wolves that deal high damage with low duration/HP.
Wolves that deal high stun damage and effectively draw aggro away from Envoy.
