My friend said that Estroot is not being dropped since Tawthide and for both of us is Dewelion. I have roughly 70 runs of Vella, Hewyl, Fort Kearnhold and Collectors and not a single fragment. My friend also has 40+ runs and nothing. At first we tought it was bad luck but this is becoming ridiculous. Is this a account related bug?
