(This isn’t exactly feedback, more like a fun suggestion I think would make the game even cooler… so thanks a ton for reading!)
Also took day 2 off cuz had to think about day 1's reviews.
I’d love to see Soulframe evolve into something closer to a true MMORPG experience, with co-op and multiplayer features that let us team up with friends to tackle story quests, earn rewards, and face raid-style boss battles together. Open combat modes with team-based fights could add incredible depth, and the addition of guilds or clans would help create a strong sense of community. My vision is something similar to the anime Log Horizon—a world where collaboration, strategy, and adventure thrive.
That said, I understand there are limitations. Since Soulframe is built on the same engine as Warframe, it’s more likely to remain co-op rather than a full MMO, with sessions hosted by players rather than massive server-based worlds. Setting up true MMO infrastructure would require revolutionary tech and enormous resources, so it may not be realistic right now. PvP also doesn’t seem to be in the plans, and honestly, balancing PvE alone is already complex enough.
On the bright side, guilds/clans are confirmed, and there have even been mentions of possibly seeing other players’ “souls” in your world—stationary presences you could interact with to message or invite. That kind of feature could still bring a sense of shared world immersion without the full MMO setup.
As a free-to-play gamer who grew up with Warframe, I’m thrilled to see Soulframe being developed by the same talented team. Even if it doesn’t become a full MMORPG, I truly believe these features—guilds, co-op depth, and creative ways to connect players—will make Soulframe immersive and enjoyable.
Thanks for reading, and I hope this idea sparks some recognition!
