I really enjoy the addition of instanced puzzles, they were fun to figure out a first few times, but the reward just being a regular cache of resources feels pretty underwhelming. I think they either need to provide bigger stacks of rare resources or have unique armor/weapon parts.

If memory serves, In past preludes, these caches did provide unique or otherwise hard to get fragments and were thus essential farms.
I didn’t enjoy that model much because there werent enough puzzles to keep things interesting during a focused farm, but it was fun the first few times uncovering the tomb/waterfall/mirror puzzles. I think it would be interesting if those chests were less common tilesets but inherit the behavior of the collector event; providing an open pool of possible fragments.

At least the puzzles could give better rewards the first time, and then regular ones since I believe most players won't bother to repeat them?

Puzzles in general need better rewards. Of all the times I've solved a puzzle in the glades, I've seen a chest a number of times I can count on one hand. These rooms need to be guaranteed at least a silver chest

Smaller puzzles could be guaranteed some crates or jars with dracs, a weapon rack, with possibility of silver chest and larger puzzles should be guaranteed at least one chest. It really stinks to stumble upon the smaller puzzles multiple times and the room is literally empty

The little statue puzzle in the undercity should give at least a polished joinery.
