Does the stream need to be ongoing or can it be a recording, also does soul frame twitch directory just mean the channel. I don’t really use twitch.

if you still need help with this, it needs to be a stream that's live, and any stream with drops enabled in the soulframe category should work while the campaign is running: https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/soulframe
you can double check on the twitch inventory page to see if the drop is progressing while you're watching: https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory
