Matchmaking in open works instances and/or group finder in faction hideout

I know matchmaking is still being worked on and isn’t in the game yet, but I do miss the open world matchmaking from WF when you would be randomly matched if you entered the open world without a squad. However, I understand this may cause frustration if people are killing world bosses and restarting their timers against the hosts’ wishes.

Alternatively, I would love if there was a group finder in the faction hideouts or other social hubs that let us matchmake for specific tasks.

+1 an LFG for dungeons/boss runs/etc would be awesome. If its in the faction hub, please have an option to search for everyone or only your own faction
In the open world, however, Id rather stay alone, I don’t want to log in and have all the bosses on timers.
