My facion is Alca and I can buy the other two pacts (Tetheren and Sirin) at 3rd rank for 12500 each

You can acquire them through your faction for standing or through the cash shop.
Wyld versions aren't in yet but they will be eventually for those that don't purchase founders.
Keep in mind you can only switch factions once a week.

the wiki isnt properly updated since p12. factions now dont sell their "own" starter pact anymore at all from what it looks. it used to be prior to p12 that each faction sold their own starter pact for 100 currency. now they sell the other two pacts for 12.5k
