#UK purchases ZIP codes or Post codes?

What do user's in the UK (or another euro country) need to use as a ZIP Code on purchases? We have post codes that are different here. 🤷

No idea I purchased 1st day when others were saying they had an issue. I bought it from the website though and don't remember even being asked for my zip code, although I did use PayPal.
