Title. Silent Rose Faction Tale quest giver spawned inside the vine wall that disappears when you leave a Glades Dungeon, map location shown. I can't interact with him to receive the Tale

another one lol, this time I can actually interact with him though. Marker wasn't showing on compass this time, but was on the map view.

Seems the quest giver spawned under the hill.
As a bonus a Sinecure also fell down into the earth in this location.
