Shewolf quest locked

Hey, so I freed the shewolf, then I left, I did a tale, she appeared and leaped onto an enemy, I finished the tale and left, but it seems like I was supposed to talk to her, which I didn't do.

Now, if I relog, I hear her howl instantly, but my bird doesn't guide me to the source of the howling as it's supposed to do (according to the wiki), it guides me nowhere, until a tale appears and then it guides me to it, but even doing the tale doesn't make the shewolf spawn again.

I don't know if the quest is now locked, but I don't know what to do.

She appeared randomly after wandering around for 1h!

And I've been able to talk to her, all good.

Do you know what I should do after removing the chains? He ran off and I didn’t know anything else about him.

I just killed some enemies at a camp near where I found the wolf chained, and the wolf appeared and I was able to talk to him. To clarify, before freeing the wolf, when I reached the marked location he wouldn’t show up; I had to kill the enemies and walk around until he appeared. Additionally, I am in a solo playthrough.
