P12H5 World tree has weapon sticking out of it even though spear was removed previously

I already finished removing all spears from the world trees, I found this one in the overworld and noticed that it had the spear sticking out. Viewing my map, all world tree icons are missing, and interacting with the world tree opens up the post views instead or removing the spear.
